In 1966, with the recreational vehicle industry booming in Elkhart, Indiana, Bob Moore, Sr. seized upon an opportunity to fill a need in that market. Branching out from the family dry cleaning business, he began manufacturing suspension systems for the trailers that towed RVs. The new company was MORryde.
