Hedman Hedders began in 1954 as a one-man operation. Bob Hedman, founder of Hedman Hedders, sold his highly sought-after exhaust pipes to other racers on the salt flats of the Mojave Desert. But what started as a way to earn a few bucks to pay for Bob's racing hobby, quickly became the premier manufacturer of exhaust pipes for both the racing and street markets.

Originally designed for straight-line drag racers, Hedman's reputation for building exhaust pipes that gave you the most horsepower for your money quickly spread.
