Description

The CSF by PWR Twin Intercooler Set (part #8194B) uses Formula-1 grade cores manufactured in the USA by PWR North America, with 100% TIG-welded CNC billet aluminum end tanks (vs. OEM crimped cast tanks). Replaces OEM part numbers 4K0 145 805 P (left) and 4K0 145 806 B (right). Eliminates heat soak and reduces IATs. Gains: Stage 1 (stock tune) +20 WHP / +18 WTQ; Stage 2 (high-performance tune) +10 WHP / +20 WTQ. 2-row core featuring rolled tubes with inner fins. Thermal black heat dispersion coating finish. True plug-and-play drop-in fit, no modifications required. Also available in raw billet aluminum (CSF #8194).
