Description

CSF worked closely with manufacturing partner PWR and R&D partner Studio RSR to develop the Level-Up Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold. This partnership provides access to Formula 1-grade technology combined with hands-on racing expertise on the S58 platform. The manifold (SKU 8233B) is CNC machined from the highest grade billet aluminum, TIG welded into a single-piece unit, and finished with a Thermal Dispersion Black powder coating for improved heat dissipation. It features a high-performance bar/plate air-to-water core made by PWR, pressure tested to 120 psi, replacing the OEM core (crimped onto plastic end tanks) known to fail starting at just 27 psi of boost. The manifold includes integrated port injection with fuel rail, integrated nitrous ports (block-off bungs provided), and a KYLEX thermal spacer to reduce heat soak.
