Description

The CTS Turbo CTS-20T-GEN3-DF is a direct-fit OEM replacement front-mounted intercooler (FMIC) kit for Gen3 2.0T TSI vehicles. Manufactured by CTS Turbo, this bolt-on kit features a high-efficiency bar and plate intercooler core that reduces pressure drop and maintains optimal charged air temperatures, even under increased boost from ECU tuning. No bumper trimming or crash bar modifications are required. The kit includes 4-ply silicone hoses, a billet adapter to the turbo outlet pipe, and high-quality stainless steel clamps. Cast aluminum end tanks feature mounting points cast directly into the tank — not welded like inferior intercoolers — providing superior rigidity. This FMIC is rated for power levels in excess of 600 HP. Core dimensions: 23" Length x 2" Thick x 16.5" Height. Compatible with VW Jetta MK6 and Passat B7 (See Application Section).
