Description

The HKS 13001-AH005 intercooler core is specifically designed for the Honda Civic Type R FK8 with K20C engine. The K20C generates 320ps with boost pressure exceeding 150kPa, which exceeds the stock intercooler's capacity and causes intake air temperature to rise to nearly 90°C. This larger HKS core maintains optimal cooling performance. The design integrates the inlet side tank and pipe to eliminate the factory sharp bend, enabling smooth airflow and reducing boost pressure loss. Ideal for track use or high-performance street driving. Made by HKS, a pioneer of Japanese high-performance tuning since 1973.
