It is not often a hitch mount bike rack is RV Approved yet comes with everyday functionality when used on a passenger vehicle. The Swagman E-SPEC can be used on a 2" hitch receiver and is capable of carrying two bikes with a weight capacity of 70lbs. per bike anywhere! The E-SPEC comes with locking ratchet hooks and locking hitch pin to keep your prized possessions safe.

• Fits 20" to 29" wheels
• Fits tires up to 3" wide (Fat Bike trays sold under the Accessories Tab)
• Carries up to 2 eBikes with a maximum weight capacity of 70lbs per bike
• Adjustable Locking Ratchet Hooks
• Fits most frame sizes, shapes and styles
• Step Through/Cruiser Style bikes require the use of a Bar Adapter (Sold under the Accessories Tab)
• When being used on a car, truck or SUV it can be folded up
• When being used on an RV or Motorhome, the provided RV Bolt is required
