Description

The ARP Head Stud Kit (ref. 218-4702) is engineered to optimize cylinder head-to-block sealing on the Mazdaspeed3 and Mazdaspeed6. Made from premium grade 8740 alloy heat-treated to 200,000 psi, each stud is centerless ground for near-perfect concentricity. Thread rolling after heat-treat delivers up to 10x better fatigue strength versus pre-treated studs. Ideal for high-compression, turbocharged, or methanol applications. Premium parallel ground washers are included in every kit.
