Description

The factory charge pipe system on the 2024+ Toyota Tacoma routes air between the turbocharger and intercooler through plastic piping and standard-tension rubber couplers - a setup that introduces flow restriction and failure points under sustained boost. The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit replaces this with lightweight aluminum pipes engineered to reduce that restriction, delivering up to 10 HP and 9 lb-ft of torque on the T24A-FTS.--Mishimoto DuraCore™ couplers feature a synthetic reinforced interior layer that resists heat, pressure, fuel, and oil - the failure modes responsible for boost leaks and blowouts in OEM rubber boots under prolonged use. Constant-tension worm-gear clamps maintain a tight seal through thermal expansion and contraction, staying secure where fixed-tension clamps loosen over time. CNC-machined quick-disconnect fittings ensure precise fitment, and a pre-installed dimpled 1/8" NPT bung supports boost pressure or IAT sensor integration without drilling.--Compatible with both the factory intercooler and the Mishimoto Performance Intercooler - upgrade the piping now or as part of a complete system build.
